On the 27th of January 2015, I had the pleasure to be invited at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
It was an opportunity for me to talk about the subjects of the digital era, human rights and freedoms.
My intervention was about these three main topics:
– The use of personal data by economic agents
– The increase in cyber-crime and its consequences for freedom;
– The right to be connected: a debate on this subject should lead to a proposal to make this a fundamental human right.
That was a good preamble to my participation at the Symposium NO HATE WEB. NO HATE SPEECH of the next 28 – 29 – 30 MAY 2015.
